Car Boot Sale - 29Sep

• It's the last car boot sale on September, 29th. 
  
• The club is also intending to run a table at this to fund-raise for the club. 
  
• Please let Jake, Jamie or me know if you have anything you'd like to donate to be sold and I'll get in touch with Elspeth & Steve who are sorting out the table. 
  
  

SLSC Competition - October 19th 11:30 @ Eckington Pool
Followed by prize giving and Evening disco/buffet at the Civic Centre

• The teams are being chosen by the Jamie, Jake and Anabel.
  
• This is the clubs flagship annual event so we know everybody understands we expect the vast majority of our members to take part. 
  
• It not only promotes the values and endeavours of the club - both inside the club and outside to other clubs - it also enables the members to have a very enjoyable day (& evening !!) out.  
  
• We are currently assuming the club will be excellently represented and we're looking to make up 3 teams of 4 members. 
  
• As ever we are asking for as many parent/member volunteers as possible on the day to help with the stewarding, timekeeping,  competition incident on the day.    
  
• Please email me ASAP to let me know if you can help before and/or on the day,

SLSC Competition - Donation of Raffle Prizes

• To help with our club fund raising endeavours; on competition day we run a raffle and draw out the winners during the prize giving in the evening.
  
• We'd like to ask all members/parents if they'd be kind enough and are able to donate a prize (eg. Wine, Choc's, Biscuits etc) towards the raffle. 
  
• Please leave them with me on a club night. 

SLSC Polo Shirts for the competition

• If you don't already have a polo-shirt then we always stress to our members that they are ambassadors for the club on competition day in their tops. 
  
• I have a supply of Medium and Large (and I think a few Small) and will bring them to the club next week. 
  
• They are priced at £5
